Job description

An exciting permanent, full time opportunity in Payroll as has become available with one of our clients, an international logistics company based just south of the City.  
 
About the Role: 
 
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a fast paced, high volume payroll background. 

  • Mix of monthly, fortnightly and weekly payroll  
  • Dealing with renumeration queries from employees within the business 
  • Month end payroll reconciliations 
  • Set up and on-boarding of new employees 
  • Calculate and process redundancies, termination and other payments 
  • PAYG, Super and Tax calculations 
  • Interpretation of awards schemes/EBA’s  
     

About You: 

  • Excellent organizational skills – the ability to multi-task and prioritize is a must 
  • 4 years minimum experience in payroll  
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Experience doing a similar role in the logistics/transport industry is a bonus 
  • Solid admin background 
  • System experience such as CHRIS21/Micropay Meridian/Preceda
