Job description

Our client the NSW Government is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant for a three-month contract located in the Rocks. You will be supporting the Group Executives of the organisation and will act as the right hand in all aspects of their role. You will be managing complex diaries and will need to work to a high volume and fast pace.

  • Manage daily calendars and emails, appointments and events
  • Make travel arrangements for GM and Directors
  • Weekly management of meeting materials
  • Create regular reports, update internal databases and collate data from the team
  • Expense management and reconciliation
  • Manage document tracking for the GM and CEO approvals
  • Any ad-hoc tasks that may come up daily

Skills and Experience:

  • Microsoft suite
  • Highly motivated to go above and beyond
  • Initiative and excellent communication skills
  • Experience supporting senior managers
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Keen to work in a Comms environment and get involved
  • Proactive
