About the role 

I am looking for an experience Personal Assistant to help support a Senior Executive as well as take on Office Manager duties for a small Construction office.

This is a permanent position with the view to be made permanent for the right person.

Working full time hours, in a collaborate office based in Strathfield, this is an opportunity not to be missed!

Duties to include:

  • Diary management for the Senior Executive
  • Travel arrangement for the Senior Executive
  • Ordering of office supplies and kitchen supplies
  • Assisting with expenses and payroll
  • Helping support the office with administration
  • Ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Collecting and distributing mail
  • Being the first point of contact for all visitors
