A great opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant who has worked within either the professional or financial service sector to support 2 busy partners for one of Australia's largest professional services firm. You will be an integral part of the business and acting as these busy partners right hand at all times.
The role will offer you variety with key duties including: full diary management, organising travel, screening emails, formatting of tender documents, event coordination, preparing of 1/4 reports, billing & invoice utilising MYOB, expense management and general administration support.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to work for a reputable professional services firm and is looking for variety in their day. It is essential you have a minimum of 5 years solid experience, excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to priorities your work while working under pressure.
