About our client 

This mid-tier Australian law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide support in a fast paced and dynamic environment. You will be supporting the HR Director with all aspects of human resources including recruitment, learning and development, onboarding, appraisals, workforce planning and strategy. You will have the benefit of working in a professional services environment with a relaxed and supportive culture. 
Duties within the role will include:   

  • Supporting the HR Director 
  • End to end recruitment  
  • Onboarding staff 
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Staff appraisals 
  • First point of contact for all HR enquiries 
  • Ensuring all policies and procedures are kept up to date  
  • Systems Experience – MS Office Suite  

Preferred Essentials:  

  • A minimum 12 months’ in a support role with exposure to HR   
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Good interpersonal skills, outgoing, friendly and able to engage with a range of people 
  • Highly organised, good time management skills 
  • Confident in juggling multiple deadlines and competing priorities 
  • Experience using+ MS Office Suite
