Are you ready to take on a great Personal Assistant role within the financial services arena?  Would you love to work in a great team environment where you will network with other assistants?  Providing support to a team of managers, where no two days will be the same.  

Your day will be varied and involved with the business; key duties will include; extensive diary management including logistics on a day to day basis (flights, transfers, accommodation), screening the MD’s emails, liaising with high profile individuals, organising client events, assist with production of PowerPoint presentations and liaison with senior executives across the business.

 For you to be part of this leading organisation you must be able to focus on maintaining high level of client service, have the ability to work to tight deadlines, be highly motivated, have excellent interpersonal skills and have experience dealing with senior executives of a global organisation.  

A minimum of 5 years PA experience within the professional or financial services sectors is essential to hit the ground running.  If you have all the above attributes, along with a professional approach towards your work, then I would love to hear from you.
