A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant who has worked within either the professional or financial service sector to support 2 busy partners & 2 managers for one of the largest professional services firm.  You will be an integral part of the business and acting as these busy partners right hand always.

The role will offer you variety with key duties including: full diary management, organising travel, screening emails, formatting of tender documents, event coordination, preparing of ¼ reports, billing and expense management and general administration support.

If you are looking to work for a reputable professional services firm and is looking for variety in their day.  It is essential you have a minimum of 4 years solid experience, excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to priorities your work while working under pressure.
