Looking for a short term contact? An experienced Personal Assistant is required to hit the ground running for this leading professional services firm. Providing support to the Partner where no two days will be the same.
The role will offer you variety with key duties including: full diary management, organising travel, screening emails, formatting documents, event coordination, preparing of ¼ reports, billing & invoicing, expense management and general administration support.
It is essential you have a minimum of 3-5 years solid experience as Personal Assistant working at partner level, excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to priorities your work while working under pressure.
