A great opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant who has worked within the professional supporting a lead partner with a marketing and client focus to the role.  You will be an integral part of the business and acting as these busy partners right hand always.

The role will offer you variety with key duties including: full diary management, organising travel, screening emails, attending meetings and taking minutes, event coordination preparing of ¼ reports, billings, expense management, liaising extensively with client and providing Marketing Support to the National Marketing Teams.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to work for a reputable professional services firm and is looking for variety in their day.  It is essential you have a minimum of 5 years solid experience, excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to priorities your work while working under pressure. Intermediate MS
