About our client 

Progressive mid-tier law firm seeking a Legal Practice Manager to work closely with the Executive Management team. Supporting across multiple practice groups, this role plays an integral part in delivering the firms business initiatives. This firm pride themselves on their ongoing support to their employees and their collaborative culture.
 
The role: 

  • Supporting Practice Group Heads across several practice groups
  • Supervising Legal Secretaries and monitoring workflow 
  • Staff appraisals 
  • Reviewing processes and implementing improvements
  • Assisting with recruitment of support staff
  • Financial reporting responsibilities
  • Training and support of staff

 
Requirements: 

  • Experience in a management role within a law firm 
  • Prior experience supervising a small team 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Exposure to basic accounting  
  • A relevant qualification in Business or equivalent beneficial
