Job description
Our NSW Government client are currently seeking a Program Manager to lead and manage an Information Management program of work across the division, providing leadership, management, and direction to the program streams.
- Sydney CBD location
- NSW Public Sector
- Must have Information / Records Management experience
- Initially until June with the view to extend
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide the set up and definition of the program
- Actively engage with the wider stakeholder community to achieve and embed sustainable outcomes
- Provide overall management, direction, alignment and reporting on the program
- Be responsible for program managing a team of project managers on multiple, concurrent, interdependent projects across applications and infrastructure
- Manage the relationship with all respective implementation partners who will be responsible for the delivery of various integrated products and/or services
To be successful, you will need:
- Previous experience managing multiple end to end projects/ large programs of work (up to $30m)
- Strong experience and knowledge with Information Management / Records Management
- Knowledge of information systems - experience with Office 365 would be highly desirable
- Prince2 and MSP certification
- Experience with budgetary responsibility for multi-million-dollar program budgets
- Proven ability to progress multiple projects in parallel under tight timeframes
- Experience working as a service integrator with multiple implementation partners
- Government experience desirable
- Experience with TRIM preferable
