About the role 

I am looking for an experience Project Administrator to join a well establish firm based in Kurnell Park on an initial 6 month temporary basis with the view to be extended long term.
 
This is a full time temporary position starting immediately helping support a brand new project. You will be reporting directly into the Project Manager whilst supporting the team and the project itself.

Duties to include:

  • Raising order requests
  • Document preparation i.e compile and collate file paperwork and job packs
  • Raise invoices
  • Review contractors schedules, invoices and reports in order to track overall project earned value and completion date.
  • Provide Contract Administration support
  • Completing checkpoint reports and other project management deliverables 
  • Maintenance of project schedules, reports and registers 
  • Preparation of operations manuals, compliance certificates and warranty
  • Assistance with significant projects
  • Confirming all client information is correct and up to date
  • Be the first point of contact for all queries

 
Experience needed:

  • Project administration experience preferably within the Construction industry but not essential
  • SAP experience
  • High level communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team
  • Positive approach to work and colleagues
  • High level attention to detail
  • Highly organised
