About the role
I am looking for an experience Project Coordinator for a 6 month temporary role based in Cannon Hill, paying up to $600 a day including Super dependent on experience. The Project coordinator will be involved in all aspects of coordination and delivery of projects within a timely manner.
Duties to include:
- Coordinates activities to successfully and safely deliver projects on time within budget and to a high quality.
- Acts as a point of contact on allocated activities and tasks within a project.
- Coordinates with external and internal stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
- Flexibly works across multiple projects and tasks
- Provides support on assigned delivery of a high quality, within the agreed timeframes and budgets.
- Raises, escalates and tracks corrective actions to improve overall project effectiveness and performance.
- Maintains relevant project logs and prepares status reports.
- Organises and attends project meetings.
- Supports actions to address differing stakeholder interests where required.
- Follows stakeholder engagement processes.
- Ensures timely escalation of changes to scope, schedule or budget
- Appropriately tracks and reports scope change.
- Understands relevant contractual terms and conditions, specific contractor relationships and the impact on project delivery.
- Monitors Delivery Partner performance.
- Ensures project risks and issues are identified, recorded and monitored at agreed intervals.
- Participates in and leads risk and issues review meetings as required
- Collects feedback from stakeholders, participates in Post Implementation Review (PIR) and publishes report.
- Works with all internal and external stakeholders
