About the role:
We are currently looking for an experienced Project lead to join a growing health not-for-profit, based in the inner north. Reporting into the Executive Director, this is a pivotal role to support three external consultants to ensure that the regional plan/ program of work is delivered on time  This is an exciting, newly created role which is a full time position with the potential to extend.  

Key responsibilities for the role include:

  • Manage relationships and activity from key stakeholders
  • Create weekly reports using Excel (Advanced)
  • Provide timely and meaningful reports to Executive Team
  • Share, implement and deliver process improvements throughout the project life-cycle
  • Coordinate and schedule workshops, events and meetings
  • Handling incoming enquirers from various stakeholders
  • Ensure key milestone are met
  • Trouble shooting and relationship building
  • Manage and process of purchase orders & invoicing

The successful ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior Project/ Program lead with excellent project management skills 
  • Health background preferred/understanding of how the health system works
  • High level of stakeholder engagement skills
  • Extremely organised with excellent coordination skills
  • The ability to meet strict deadlines, summarize data and manage reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • A self-motivated and hardworking approach to work
