Job description

Join this growing NSW State Gov department to provide high level support and coordination across a number of projects.
 
Compiles project status reports, coordinates project schedules, manages project meetings, and identifies and resolves technical problems.
 
Provides system access to users based on role, coordinates project proposal approval process, provides operational support via email and phone, requests technical support as required, undertakes system auditing to ensure data integrity.

About you:

  • Excellent Communications skills as they will be required to liaise with internal stake holders
  • Understands and follows process easily
  • Quick learner - 1 weeks training will be provided and 2 other staff members will support
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Applications in particular Excel and Word at an intermediate level  Writing and enhancement of procedures/how to guides - not essential but looked upon favourably.
