About our client
Our client is a national law firm that has experienced growth in recent history and ambitions to continue for the foreseeable future, this firm are highly regarded across multiple practice areas. The Sydney office is in a very convenient and central location.
About the role
Based in their CBD office, this firm are now looking for a Property Lawyer to work on general commercial property matter such as acquisitions and disposals as well as a range of leasing matters.
This team acts for a broad range of clients from property trusts, landlords, tenants and significant developers. This role will involve working in a close-knit team and therefore assisting the junior lawyers’ development and supervision.
Responsibilities will include drafting relevant legal documentation and advising clients on a range of property matters. As a junior lawyer you will also be expected to conduct detailed due diligence for developer clients.
Ideally applicants will possess:
- At least 2 years’ PQE in commercial property matters
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
- Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail.
