Boutique commercial firm seeking a temporary Property Paralegal to assist several lawyers with Commercial Property transactions. Great company culture and supportive environment, this role is perfect for someone who has experience in Property, looking to gain more exposure in the area. This role has potential to transition into a permanent position and the firm is also open to students.
About the role:
- Assisting in all aspects of residential conveyancing
- Drafting commercial leases
- Business sale and purchases
- Liaising with clients
- Assisting in the preparation of settlements
- Diary management
- Legal research
Requirements:
- Experience in a legal support role within property
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to pick things up quickly
- Team player
- Immediate availability
