A rare and brilliant opportunity has presented itself for an ambitious Real Estate Associate to join a reputable firm and develop their career under the guidance of leading Partners in the Commercial Property space.

The firm is known for their offering of pragmatic and holistic support to a breadth of clients and, the Real Estate Group assists major local and international clients in maximising the efficiency of their real estate investment portfolios throughout Australia, the Asia Pacific and beyond.

Aligned with large-scale mergers & acquisitions the team possess extensive experience assisting real estate fund managers, private equity investors, hotel owners, public and private sector clients (including high net worth clients), project financiers, developers and property trusts doing business across Australia and in offshore markets
 
Skills and Experience Required:

• 5-6 yrs. PQE from a top tier/ lading firm
• Relevant and current work experience, with experience or an interest in the Hotel industry
• Negotiating hotel and resort management sales and acquisitions agreements;
• Commercial Sales & Acquisitions
• Commercial and Retail Leasing
• Real Estate due diligence investigations
• Excellent communication skills - both oral and written
• Strong commitment to client service
• Team focus - to facilitate effective teamwork by developing strong internal relationships
• Enthusiasm to be involved in business development activities
• Excellent academic background
