About the firm

Boutique commercial law firm which offers a fun and friendly working environment, with social events and weekly sports and fantastic open plan offices in the CBD. They are looking for a positive and professional receptionist to join the firm and be the first point of contact. The role is varied and fast paced so the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work well under pressure is essential.
Some responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting clients
  • Answering the main telephone line and taking messages
  • Managing diaries and meeting rooms
  • Sorting incoming and outgoing mail
  • Coordinating events with the wider team
  • Managing office stock
  • Other administration duties  


  • Prior experience as a Receptionist in a corporate environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to multi-task
  • Must be a team player
  • Prior experience using Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • A positive can-do attitude
