About the role

Working for a prestigious Engineering firm based in the CBD you will be the first point of contact for all visitors. This is an opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to take on this newly created position. Working in a collaborative office you will have full control over the Reception desk as well as being part of the wider office.

This is a full time position, working Monday to Friday 8am – 5.30pm.

Duties to include:

  • Answering all incoming calls
  • Meeting and greeting all guests
  • Organising meeting rooms
  • Organising catering
  • Assisting with events
  • Ordering stationary

About you

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Must have learning capability / ability to take direction as well as be self-managed 
  • Must have ability to work as a team and collaborate
  • Experience in Microsoft office
