About the role
- Be an exceptional first point of contact for clients
- Customer Service
- Managing and directing phone calls on a busy switchboard
- Scanning and filing
- Data Entry Other
- Adhoc administration duties
About you
- The successful candidate must be exceptionally well presented with strong communication skills
- Energetic, outgoing and adaptable
- Great attention to detail
- Previous reception/administration experience
- Computer skills (Proficient with MS Office Suite)
