  • Be an exceptional first point of contact for clients
  • Customer Service
  • Managing and directing phone calls on a busy switchboard
  • Scanning and filing
  • Data Entry Other
  • Adhoc administration duties  

 
 
About you

  • The successful candidate must be exceptionally well presented with strong communication skills
  • Energetic, outgoing and adaptable
  • Great attention to detail
  • Previous reception/administration experience
  • Computer skills (Proficient with MS Office Suite)
