About the role
I am looking for an experience Receptionist to take on a solo reception desk based in the CBD. This is a very busy role with a lot of responsibility and therefore I am looking for candidates with excellent reception experience.
This is an initial temporary position that does have the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate, however the priority is to get somebody on a temporary basis who can start immediately.
This is a full time role, working 8am – 5.30pm, Monday – Friday working within a large, corporate office.
Duties to include:
- Answering of the telephones
- Organising & preparing 6 meeting rooms
- Meeting & greeting clients
- Making teas and coffees for guests
- Tidying of the kitchen
- Diary management
- Ad-hoc Admin duties
