About the role 

I am looking for a part-time receptionist to join a well established company in Bella Vista on a 6 month contract. The position is working 20 hours a week on the following days:

  • Monday – 8am til 1pm
  • Tuesday – 8am til 1pm
  • Thursday – 8am til 1pm
  • Friday – 8am til 1pm

This is a fantastic opportunity for anybody looking to get back into the work force on a part time basis who has Reception/Admin experience.

Duties to include:

  • Meeting & greeting clients
  • Organising board rooms & meeting rooms
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Being the first point of contact for all visitors
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Receive, sort and distribute mail
  • Update calendars & schedule meetings
  • Administration duties

This is an urgent position starting immediately on a 6 month contract basis therefore candidates on a Working Holiday Visa unfortunately will not be considered.
