Job description

I have a number of short-term Reception covers in the CBD & North Sydney that range from 1 day to 3 weeks. 

All positions are full time, working between the hours of 8am – 6pm Monday – Friday. Working within the Construction, Engineering, Property & Industrial sectors there are multiple roles with a variety of duties.

  • Meeting & greeting clients
  • Organising and preparing meeting rooms
  • Ordering of stationary
  • Managing the catering
  • Answering the busy switchboard
  • Ad-hoc admin support
