About the role 

Corporate law firm looking for an experienced receptionist to join their team in this maternity leave contract. This firm pride themselves on having a professional yet down-to-earth culture and are looking for a professional and mature receptionist to join their team. You will work alongside a senior receptionist and share the reception function.

Responsibilities: 

  • Meeting and greeting clients 
  • Answering all incoming calls 
  • Setting up boardroom and meeting rooms 
  • Managing calendars in Outlook 
  • Maintaining tidiness of reception area 
  • Liaising with lawyers and other support staff 
  • Liaise with the marketing team to assist in events and initiatives
  • Assist the National Admin Manager with projects and tasks as required


Requirements: 

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Corporate Receptionist in a professional services environment
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal 
  • Team player 
  • Be well presented
  • Prior experience using Microsoft Word and Outlook
