About the role
Corporate law firm looking for an experienced receptionist to join their team in this maternity leave contract. This firm pride themselves on having a professional yet down-to-earth culture and are looking for a professional and mature receptionist to join their team. You will work alongside a senior receptionist and share the reception function.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering all incoming calls
- Setting up boardroom and meeting rooms
- Managing calendars in Outlook
- Maintaining tidiness of reception area
- Liaising with lawyers and other support staff
- Liaise with the marketing team to assist in events and initiatives
- Assist the National Admin Manager with projects and tasks as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Corporate Receptionist in a professional services environment
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Team player
- Be well presented
- Prior experience using Microsoft Word and Outlook
