About the Company

Corporate law firm looking for a Receptionist to join their Norwest team on a 6 – 12 month FTC. This firm pride themselves on having a professional yet down-to-earth culture and are looking for a friendly and efficient Receptionist to be the face of their Western Suburbs office.

About the Role

  • Meeting and greeting clients  
  • Answering all incoming calls  
  • Setting up boardroom and meeting rooms  
  • Managing calendars in Outlook  
  • Maintaining tidiness of reception area  
  • Liaising with lawyers and other support staff  
  • Assisting with administration overflow


Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience as a Corporate Receptionist in a professional services environment 
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal  
  • Team player  
  • Well presented  
  • Prior experience using Microsoft Word and Outlook
