About You:

If you have previous experience of working in a high-end Corporate or Professional Environment, ideally within a Reception, Admin Assistant or Office Management capacity, this is an excellent opportunity for you. We are looking for someone who is driven, motivated, exceptionally organised and energetic for this role. The perfect person will be a career focused Receptionist or Administrative Assistant who is committed to running their own show at front of house.

About the Role:
This position is primarily responsible for the efficient, effective running and pro-active management of the Reception, as well as providing Administrative duties as and when required by the team. You will be regularly engaging with important stakeholders face to face and over the phone so professionalism is imperative.

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Greeting important clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Organising and setting up meeting rooms
  • Receive and distribute mail
  • Organise couriers
  • Liaising with caterers for meetings and internal events
  • Hot desk management
  • Scheduling meeting rooms
  • Management of kitchen facilities and stocking beverage machines
  • Set up audio-visual equipment for meetings
  • Other tasks as required


Occasionally you will help with;

  • Compiling reports
  • Diary Management 
  • Invoices, Expenses, Travel management


Requirements:

  • 5+ Years in a similar position within a professional organisation
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • IT experience with AV equipment
  • Excellent organisational, verbal and written skills
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Polished, Corporate presentation
  • Strong team player
  • Proactive, energetic and collaborative work ethic
  • High attention to detail and level of accuracy
