Charterhouse is the 5th largest supplier to the NSW Government, due to increased business and expansion we are seeking a people person to join as a trainee or graduate recruiter for our Professional Support practice.

About the role 

  • You will be responsible for managing warm relationships across the NSW Government Account 
  • Interviewing candidates 
  • Leveraging off your peers 
  • Meeting with clients 
  • Understanding the needs, wants and capabilities of candidates to recommend to clients  
  • Reference checks
