About our client
Our client is a national law firm that has experienced unrivalled growth in recent years and ambitions to continue for the foreseeable future, this firm are highly regarded across multiple practice areas. The Sydney office is a modern office located in a very convenient location.
About the role
This role will be working closely with an expert team of Partners dealing with a specialist client base including major banks, card companies and other financial service providers. This team boasts an ideal mix of experience and ambition amongst the Partnership with a great cross section of senior and junior Partners that have seen this team become a leading force in their field.
The caseload will involve advising on a range of matters across the full spectrum of financial services regulation, banking and consumer credit, payment systems and debit, credit and prepaid systems as well as advising generally on the laws relating to the offering of financial products and services.
Ideally you will possess:
- At least 5 years PQE and strong experience in regulation
- Strong communication skills and willingness to carry out a high level of client contact
- An ambition to progress your career within this area of law
- A willingness to mentor and supervise junior members of the team
