Due to growth within the Professional Support department, an opportunity has become available for a Candidate Resourcer, to join our team of experienced consultants to further drive our first class candidate and client experience. This is a genuinely exciting opportunity where you will be responsible for;
- Screening and shortlisting CVs & coordinating interviews
- Liaising with clients and account managing some exciting clients
- Reference and background checks
- Candidate management and resourcing with a key focus on relationships and building a strong network
- Working to strict deadlines and multi-tasking
The successful candidate must have the highest level of customer service, be self-motivated, confident and be able to stay focused and organized in a demanding environment. If you have a genuine passion for providing the best service and enjoy liaising with people at all levels you will succeed in this role.
