About the role

My client has over 30 years' experience in the Australian market, an extensive network of regional offices and is a leader within a worldwide Financial Services group.
The purpose of this position is to provide a high level of sales support to the Sales team and develop mutually beneficial relationships with their customer base.

Your responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

  • Preparing documents at the request of the Client, Relationship Manager or Sales Manager
  • Actively looking for opportunities to increase and upsell products when speaking to both clients and customers
  • Ensure all legal documentation is compliant and correctly executed
  • Provide excellent customer service and develop rapport with customers

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A great attitude towards your work, you will be proactive and have a flexible approach;
  • Be focused on customer service and have a strong solutions-focused mindset;
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels;
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office and computer skills; and
  • Fleet management would be highly regarding (but is not essential)
