This globally recognised company is currently at the forefront of their market and have continued to grow from strength to strength.  With several recent client wins combined with new implementations and projects, the need for a Salesforce BA has emerged to join their highly experienced and professional team.  In this role you will play a pivotal part in gathering requirements and analysis using Agile techniques.  You will have a strong background working on multiple Salesforce implementations, be passionate about the customer experience and working within a team environment. 

 

Responsibilities will include: 

 

Work with the business to translate requirements into documented and conceptual designs from which solutions are estimated and developed in accordance with business priorities. As well as: 

 

  • Work with business units, IT and external vendors in understanding, and documenting business functionality and requirements.  

  • Communicate functionality and requirements effectively to the stakeholders in the business and IT teams.   

  • Analyze, document and test functional configuration and development logic, process flows and specifications and collaborate with the technical team to define the solution. 

  • Lead / support functional design preparation and review with business and IT technical teams 

  • Identify, create and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design focusing on quality improvement and data management to achieve business strategies 

  • Partner with business to assist in user acceptance testing. 

  • Provide all required status updates to project team, users, and various levels of management as appropriate. 

  • Document user manuals to describe application installation and operating procedures. 

  • Other duties as required or directed to ensure the achievement of the position objectives and other business objectives of. 

  • Will need to be able to travel interstate from time to time for project delivery 

 

To be successful for this position you will need to display: 

 

  • At least 5 years’ IT business analyst experience working closely with the business and managing the relationship. 

  • Has worked on multiple Salesforce implementations / rollouts end to end.  

  • Strong analytical skills applied to understanding business functionality and translating them into application requirements. 

  • Good presentation skills 

  • Excellent understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies. 

  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to question thought partners across functional areas. 

  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements. 

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Ability to quickly troubleshoot problems that may arise in work products. 

  • Ability to partner with software engineers, data quality analysts to identify course of resolutions. 

  • Ability to manage a range of activities in a busy and fast-changing operating environment. 

  • Understanding of software development lifecycles (i.e. Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, Iterative) 

  • Experience in SAP, Salesforce and large project implementations.
