A chance to work for a highly regarded and well recognised, Higher Educational establishment. Based in the inner suburbs of Melbourne with great transport links to the CBD.  


The Senior Admin Officer will be responsible for the smooth running of the administrative tasks, including the executive support to two directors and various committees.   


Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 

  • Provide executive officer support for meetings, including maintaining membership lists and minute taking. 

  • Invoicing & expenses. 

  • Complex diary management and travel arrangements for two Directors. 

  • Event management 

  • Inductions of new support staff.  

  • Reporting and data analysis 

In order to be considered for this role, a successful candidate will have:  

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience providing support at executive level.  

  • Demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities.  

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills. 

  • Capacity to exercise judgement and use initiative to resolve issues.  

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to present information clearly and concisely, both written and verbal, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.  

  • Ability to deal with highly sensitive and confidential issues with discretion and professionalism.  

  • Advanced Microsoft Office.
