Job description

Our NSW Government client are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a large program of work in Sydney CBD. You will work with the vendor and clients in maintaining and updating the governance and cross functional frameworks, monitoring compliance with requirements in framework, defining governance structures, compilation of fit-for-purpose cross-functional monitoring processes and establishing procedures and process for maintaining the record of operational practices.

To be successful, you will need:

  • Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements for cross -functional and governance projects 
  • Experience in core business analyst skills including cross functional process alignment to ITIL processes and re-engineering 
  • Recent successes in multi-faceted, fast paced project delivery roles 
  • Proven track record in building key relationships with multiple business stakeholders 
  • Analytical thinker who has shown an ability to leverage lessons learned, and implement continuous improvement initiatives 
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting multiple senior stakeholder groups through procurement processes systems 
  • Experience in NSW Government agencies
