Based near Central Station this government agency supports sustainable government finances, major public works and maintenance programs, government procurement, information and communications technology, corporate and shared services, consumer protection, administration of State taxation and revenue collection, and NSW land and property administration.
About the Role
- Support the intra-agency engagement including consultation and communication to distill business needs, develop detailed business requirements and identify fit for purpose options, and gaining acceptance across the agency
- Lead collaboration between the stakeholders and subject matter experts from across the agency to facilitate the engagement and delivery process
- Build comprehensive business cases with clear emphasis on the impact on Service NSW and partner agency operations, systems and technologies
- Leading planning for user acceptance and coordination and facilitating across key stakeholders
- Build strong stakeholder relationships to act as central liaison between end-users, technical analysts, consultants, and client organisations, including to analyse and resolve business problems and provide recommendations
- Leading cross functional groups and stakeholders to ensure rigorous project management discipline is applied in developing related projects, including change management processes, related documentation and artefacts, and follow-up
- Participate in closing projects and leading post implementation review with key stakeholders to define and apply best practices for future projects
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures regarding newly implemented systems to support efficient operations
About You
- Strong excel modelling skills
- Strong financial aptitude
- CPA/ CA Qualification
- SAP or large ERP system equivalent
