Job description
My client is looking to hire a Senior Finance Manager who can take ownership of the Supply Chain division. This role will look after the sales and operations planning, production cost management, budgeting/forecasting, working capital management and the capex investment program.
Responsibilities will include:
- Oversee the production planning which will be driven off the detailed sales forecasts provided
- Procurement advisory
- Process improvement of warehousing and logistics led by IT investment
- Daily variance analysis for production costs
- Maintain the standard costing framework
- Provide budgeting and forecasting updates for manufacturing costs
- Manage the organizations capital investments
- Ad hoc work
Experience required includes:
- Must be a qualified accountant (CA/CPA) with 6+ years PQE
- Must have partnered and worked with Supply Chain in previous roles
- Must have excellent communication skills as you will have daily exposure to senior stakeholders
- Must have experience managing a team
