- Drive automation processes
- Produce service delivery roadmap
- Responsible for IT Service Operations, Service Desk and End User Support services
- Lead a team of senior managers
- ITIL service management framework
To succeed in this role you will have:
- Proven experience driving transformational change within IT service delivery
- Experienced leading and developing technical and operational teams
- 24x7 support experience
- ITIL (Service Management)
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to influence at a Senior level
