  • Produce service delivery roadmap
  • Responsible for IT Service Operations, Service Desk and End User Support services
  • Lead a team of senior managers
  • ITIL service management framework

To succeed in this role you will have: 

  • Proven experience driving transformational change within IT service delivery
  • Experienced leading and developing technical and operational teams
  • 24x7 support experience
  • ITIL (Service Management)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to influence at a Senior level
