Job description

Our client the NSW Government is looking for a strong Administrator with a Service Coordinator background to join a high performing team on a contract until January 2019 in their Parramatta office.
 
As a Service Coordinator you will be responsible for managing maintenance and repair request including booking, tracking and following up Work Orders. This is a fast paced and high-volume role, so you will need to have worked in a Service Coordinator role previously. In addition to booking Work Orders you will need to track progress and run reports on active jobs, so the ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Capture and update customer and property systems data
  • Interact with customers and process Customer Service Request
  • Day to day contract activities for Meter Exchanges and Call out work orders
  • Facilitate meter exchange contract services
  • Analyse Meter Exchange work orders as requested
  • Complete projects to improve work processes
  • Apply policies and follow standard operating procedures for work activities
  • Work in a team environment
  • Use initiative to resolve issues
  • Communicate with team and customers
  • Contribute to the work of the team
  • Work safely
  • Process financial transactions
  • Participate in personal development to improve skills and performance
  • Work with various Systems Programs and Applications
