About the company
My client is a leading financial services organisation based on the lower North Shore. They are currently recruiting for a Service Desk Data Entry Analyst to join their IT team on a 4 week contract basis.
About the role
Your main responsibilities will include providing accurate and logging of all incidents /requests via phone and email and entering data into their management platform.
In order to be successful in your application for this position you will need to have the following experience:
- 1-2 years Service Desk experience
- Strong desktop support skills (Microsoft 7 and 10, Microsoft Office and desktop hardware
- Knowledge of server environments
- Office 365 (Support & administration)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
