My client a leading financial services organisation based in Sydney CBD are currently recruiting for a Service Desk Manager to join their business on a permanent basis.
About the role
You responsibilities will include day to day management of the service desk team, measuring performance, implementing operating procedures, managing staff performance and change management.
In order to be successful in your application for this position you will need to have the following experience:
- Service Desk management experience
- Knowledge of ITIL Framework
- Excellent communication skills
- Mentoring skills
- ServiceNow service desk tool experience
