About the role 

I am looking for an experienced site administrator for a 5 month temporary position starting ASAP. Working for a Tier 1 construction company you will be the only administrator on site and will have full management of the office. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in a large scale project for a reputable construction firm.

Duties to include:

  • Provide administrative support to the Project Management team;
  • Assessing subcontractor claims/invoices;
  • Liaising with contractors and service providers;
  • Perform data entry and timesheet management;
  • Ensuring all information is up to date and accurate;
  • Maintaining the office supplies;
  • Managing the kitchen supplies;
  • Reception duties


I am looking for candidates with the following:

  • Have a strong site administrative background;
  • Have high level written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently communicate with subcontractors on behalf of the project;
  • Have transferrable skills in accounts payable, receivable and timesheet management;
  • Strong computer literacy skills including working knowledge of Excel;
  • Be confident and comfortable working in a construction site environment;
  • Be able to work both autonomously and as part of a team;
  • Knowledge of ACONEX is not essential but is advantageous
