Job description
Key accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain excellent senior stakeholder relationships across the business, providing independent and informed advice that supports them in achieving their business objectives
- Critically think through complex issues and problems to develop strategies that support the transformation of the business to achieve its strategic objectives
- Plan and manage strategy projects, including external strategy consulting firm teams and/or strategy contractors as required
- Research emerging trends and technologies to identify and leverage internal and external strategic opportunities
- Conduct complex and detailed qualitative and quantitative analysis to assess opportunities and create initiatives
- Guide and advise the Transformation team and Program Directors to ensure that strategic recommendations are successfully translated into implementation plans
About you:
- Analytical yet creative – you love coming up with novel solutions to complex problems
- Exceptional interpersonal skills – you can develop trusted relationships at a senior level
- A superb communicator – you are equally comfortable presenting verbally and writing board and c-level papers
- Extensive experience in leading strategic thinking and planning for large organizations, preferably with a top tier consulting firm
- A passion for customers, digital technology and disruptive innovation
- Experience in Procurement and / or Strategic sourcing
