About the role
I am currently looking for an experienced Team Administrator to join a well established corporate property firm based in the CBD. This is a full time position, for a minimum of 3 months with the potential to be made permanent for the right candidate.
About You
I am looking for candidates with recent Team Admin experience, supporting large teams in busy environments. Due to the role starting ASAP, I’m happy to consider candidates on a Working Holiday Visa also.
Duties to include:
- Manage Expenses
- Processing invoices
- Administration support to the team
- Coordinating events
- Preparing of contracts
- Responding to all emails
- Preparing and proof reading communications I.e emails & letters
- Manage the upkeep of the physical office space, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently
- Populating Excel spreadsheets
- Managing all travel documentation
Required experience:
- Advanced Excel skills
- IT literate with strong competence in Word, plus experience of learning to use new IT systems quickly
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to self manage workload and think on your feet
- Experience in implementing process’s
