About the role 

I am looking for an experience Team Administrator to support a friendly, dynamic group of consultants within a large Construction firm.
 
The position will be based in North Sydney and is being offered on a full time basis paying up to $28+Super p.h depending on experience.
 
Duties include:

  • Admin support to 4 consultants
  • General office admin support
  • Occasional reception cover
  • Assisting with on-boarding of new staff
  • Ordering of stationary & office supplies

 
I am looking for the following:

  • Recent admin experience
  • Experience in supporting a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously & independently
  • A positive, confident & professional attitude
