About the role
As the Team Administrator you will be supporting two small teams and the general manager within a conservative, corporate and fast paced environment. This is a full time temporary position for a minimum of 6 months with the view to extend, based in North Sydney. This opportunity would suit an organised, enthusiastic individual with a high level of attention to detail as well as previous experience of supporting a team.
Your duties will include:
- Managing pipeline of forums internal meetings for senior leadership team - ensuring that all meetings are scheduled in diaries, manage tracking spreadsheet, making sure documents are updated
- Supporting the General Manager
- Diary management / meeting management
- Working closely with other EA’s to arrange senior level meetings
- Sending out requests for papers, consolidating information, collating data, formatting papers for all meetings and distribution
- Assisting with preparing presentation materials
- General coordination of the team
- Ad hoc admin - general all rounder
- Experience with facilities – coordinator level, experience with relocations
Skills and experience:
- Must have high attention to detail, excellent communication skills particularly written
- Must have exceptional time management, ability to organise others
- Excellent Interpersonal skills and Stakeholder management
- High level of confidentiality
- Must come from a Team support background
- High level of flexibility, maintain business continuity in an ever changing environment
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word and Powerpoint
