Job description
Looking for a Team Assistant to work in a dynamic business based in Sydney CBD.
- Placing ads on Seek
- Contractor care
- Chasing timesheets
- Fieldglass
- Reference checks
- WHS
- Follow up documents for candidates + clients
- Processing placements
- Adding candidates to the system using Click to Cloud
- Raising invoice requests
- Raising rates forms, candidate / client contracts for temporary assignments
- Chase Contractor timesheets / bank details / contracts etc
- Monthly expenses
- Producing business documents as needed
- Checking consultant’s emails & voicemails in their absence, dealing with anything that arises
- Candidate / Client liaison with regards to organising interviews / meetings and any other requirements
- VEVO + Police checks
- Scanning
- Ad-hoc duties as they arise
Office Administration:
- Reception cover for 1 lunchtime per week also includes blocks of 3hrs coverage when the Receptionist is away
- Ad-hoc duties as they arise
Accounts / Payroll
- Raising invoice requests for the partnership side of the business
Floor Fire Warden
- Attend 3 training sessions run by Building management
Coordinate trail evacuations (run twice per year) for the floor / company
