Job description

Looking for a Team Assistant to work in a dynamic business based in Sydney CBD.

  • Placing ads on Seek
  • Contractor care
  • Chasing timesheets
  • Fieldglass
  • Reference checks
  • WHS
  • Follow up documents for candidates + clients
  • Processing placements
  • Adding candidates to the system using Click to Cloud
  • Raising invoice requests
  • Raising rates forms, candidate / client contracts for temporary assignments
  • Chase Contractor timesheets / bank details / contracts etc
  • Monthly expenses
  • Producing business documents as needed
  • Checking consultant’s emails & voicemails in their absence, dealing with anything that arises
  • Candidate / Client liaison with regards to organising interviews / meetings and any other requirements
  • VEVO + Police checks
  • Scanning
  • Ad-hoc duties as they arise

Office Administration:

  • Reception cover for 1 lunchtime per week also includes blocks of 3hrs coverage when the Receptionist is away
  • Ad-hoc duties as they arise

Accounts / Payroll

  • Raising invoice requests for the partnership side of the business

Floor Fire Warden

  • Attend 3 training sessions run by Building management

Coordinate trail evacuations (run twice per year) for the floor / company
