About the role

  • General Filing Duties
  • Assist general pricing and reporting enquiries
  • Extract and document details of key commercial terms from customer agreements
  • Produce regular updates of customer specific price catalogues
  • Maintain customer agreements and produce monthly/ quarterly/ yearly reports.

 
About you
The successful candidate must be exceptionally well presented with strong communication skills

  • 2- 3 Years Admin experience within a large professional organisation
  • Finance/ Accounts knowledge
  • Sap knowledge
  • Medium to advanced expertise in Excel
  • Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen
