 About our client 

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team Assistant to provide support across this global firm. Not only do the firm give extensive training and offer a support forum to upskill you, but they also have a range of corporate benefits on offer including in-house massages and corporate discounts. They have many social functions including Friday drinks and team nights out, and pride themselves on a professional, yet relaxed and fun culture. This role will see you supporting a team of Directors with general administration.
    
Responsibilities:  

  • Diary management  
  • Expenses  
  • Creating and amending letters, memos and other documents
  • Organising domestic and international travel
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Printing, scanning and photocopying
  • Arranging couriers

 
Requirements:  

  • 12 months’ experience in a legal admin role
  • Experience using a document management system
  • Excellent attention to detail  
  • Clear communication and presentation skills  
  • Great organisational skills
