About the role

This corporate law firm is looking for an experienced administrator to join their Sydney office. This firm work with some exceptional clients and have market leading lawyers throughout the firm. They have a friendly and inclusive culture that will support you to grow your career.

The role will be working alongside another Senior Assistant and Paralegal who will support your learning and growth in the role. Together you will support a team of lawyers with all their administration needs. The successful candidate will bring strong administration skills in a fast-paced role within a professional services environment.


  • Supporting a team of lawyers
  • Managing calendars
  • Liaising with clients
  • Opening and closing files
  • Printing, scanning, filing and archiving
  • Generating reports using Excel
  • Assisting with end of month billing

To be considered you will have:

  • 1-2 years of office administration experience ideally within professional services
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to plan and prioritise
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • A willingness to learn
