This newly created role in a dynamic, forward-thinking leading firm will provide you with a fantastic opportunity to assist and organize from within a hard-working, friendly team. Supporting a well-regarded General Manager and wider team where you will be a pivotal part in the day to day running and larger scale project work for this firm
This is an excellent opportunity to be in busy, hands on role. Key duties include: diary management, travel bookings, expense management, coordinating board papers, liaising with HR, organising/booking interview rooms, and PowerPoint presentation along with project support.
You must have an exceptional work ethic, excellent communication and organisation skills. 3-5 solid years experience as a Personal/Team Assistant.
